Policy

1. Check-in is between 15:00 and 19:00. Check-out is by 11:00.
2. All guests must be 18 or over, no children are allowed.
3. Pets are not allowed.
4. Smoking is allowed in some of the public areas and some of the open air areas.
5. Groups are accepted up to a maximum of 4 people. No stag and hen groups.
​6. On street parking is available and is free of charge.

Payment Conditions

A deposit of 30% of the stay is required. This deposit will be refunded if cancelled more than 14 days before arrival. Full booking balance can be paid on arrival. Payments by cash, BACs, and the following cards: Visa Debit / Delta, Visa Credit, Mastercard – no charge.

All services are shown in EUR. Payments can be paid in other currencies, but are subject to currency conversion fees. Payments can be paid by any major credit or debit card or via PayPal™.
Confirmation will be issued for all transactions as soon as the payment(s) has been successfully received. 

Cancellation Conditions

If a booking is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival then a charge equal to 30% of the stay will be made.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date), the full cost of the booking is charged.
